Yes, and that is what we prefer: we visit the premises before taking on a job, so we can prepare a fair quote. The visit and the quote are free and with no obligation.

Changeover cleaning between guests, bed preparation (with your linen), key and key-box handling, restocking of consumables, property checks and reporting of faults. We work Monday to Sunday, depending on the schedule.

We make up the beds with your linen, but we do not offer linen hire, laundry or collection. You remain free to choose your linen provider.

Yes: entrance halls, stairs, lifts, bin stores and windows of the common areas, at a frequency suited to each building. Managing agents have a clear contract and a single point of contact for all their buildings.

Yes. We work early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends so as not to disturb your business: offices, washrooms, break areas, reception and interior windows.

Yes: stay-over or departure rooms, common areas, public restrooms, one-off support for the floors and night-time cleaning of common areas, at weekends as during the week.

Every visit is recorded: dates, arrival times and observations can be viewed online via a QR code left on site, or noted on a simple visit sheet, as you prefer.

Yes, discreetly and confidentially, without judgement. Restoration after a damaged stay can be a dedicated job, on quotation.
