How often should the common areas of a building be cleaned?
It depends on the size of the building and how busy it is: from one visit a week to several visits a week. We agree it together in the contract.
What does common-area cleaning include?
Entrance halls, stairs and landings, lift cars, bin stores and hall windows, with car parks, basements, cellars and other areas as options.
Can you look after several buildings for the same managing agent?
Yes. The managing agent has a single point of contact and a clear contract for the whole portfolio of buildings.

Every visit is recorded with its date, arrival time and observations, viewable online via QR code or on a visit sheet, with a visual check of the building.
Do you work in winter, with snow and salt?
Yes. We take care of entrance mats, salt cleaning in winter and end-of-winter restoration of the common areas.
