Do you work in hotels in Chamonix, Megève and the rest of Haute-Savoie?
Yes. We work throughout our area, from Cluses to Chamonix, Megève, Samoëns and Les Gets, for hotels and holiday residences in the resorts and in the valley.

Yes. We mainly work on Saturdays and Sundays, with one-off services possible during the week, according to the agreed schedule.
What is the difference between a stay-over and a departure room?
A stay-over room is one where the guest remains (routine service); a departure room has been vacated and is cleaned thoroughly for the next guest. We provide both.
How much does hotel or residence cleaning cost?
The price depends on the number of rooms or apartments, the share of stay-overs and departures, the common areas and the frequency of visits. The quote is free and tailored to your property.

Yes. We provide one-off support for the floors during peaks (weekends, school holidays, seminars), with quality control by a housekeeper.
Do you clean common areas at night?
Yes. Night-time cleaning of the common areas (lobby, hard floors, public restrooms) leaves your property spotless by the morning.
Do you work with holiday residences in the resorts?
Yes: apartment changeovers, ski room and boot dryer, season opening and closing, in the resorts as in the valley.
Do you take care of the linen?
We can manage the linen handling. However, we do not offer an on-site laundry or linen hire.
