What is post-construction cleaning?
It is the complete clean of a property once the works are finished: building dust, plaster, paint or glue marks, windows, floors and washrooms. It leaves the property clean before acceptance or key handover.
What is the difference between a pre-acceptance clean and a final clean?
The pre-acceptance clean prepares the property before the client accepts the works. The final clean gives the finishing touch before key handover, and we come back after snagging if needed.
How much does post-construction cleaning cost?
The price depends on the floor area, the type of property, how dirty it is and the handover date. The quote is free and finalised during a site visit, with no bad surprises.

Once all the trades have finished, before acceptance or key handover. We fit the clean around your delivery date: just tell us when the works end.
Do you clean new or renovated chalets in the valley?
